Optus Mobile Significant Local Outage - NT Tuesday 11th November 2025 15:10:00

Incident Information: There is a current Optus Mobile outage affecting Daly, Tiwi - West Arnhem, NT 0822. You may be experiencing problems when trying to use Mobile data and voice on your Optus Mobile service. Optus are investigating and further updates will be posted as they become available. Services Impacted: Mobile - Data and Voice

Incident Information: Optus have confirmed that services are still disrupted by this Mobile outage affecting Data and Voice. It has been identified that this outage has been caused due to extended power outages in the area. Optus are sorry for the impact this is having on our customers and thank them for their patience.

Emergency Call Service (000): Optus has loss of coverage due to this outage. Emergency service calls can be accessed where other mobile provider coverage is available or are able to call via WiFi.
