Incident Information: There is a current Telstra Mobile outage affecting Bethanga, Ebden, Jarvis Creek, Lake Hume Village, Talgarno, 3691, 3700 for NSW & VIC. You may be experiencing problems when trying to use Mobile data and voice on your Telstra Mobile service. Telstra are investigating and further updates will be posted as they become available. Services Impacted: Mobile - Voice and Data

Incident Information: Telstra technicians are currently working to restore impacted services. The cause of this 4G service outage is due to site failure, which is still under investigation. There is a loss of mobile coverage and overlapping coverage from other carriers may not be available. As a result customers may be unable to contact Triple Zero (000). We will notify you as soon as the Network Outage is restored.
