Incident Information: There is a current Optus Mobile outage affecting Cardwell (4849), Granadilla (4855) and Tully (4854) QLD. You may be experiencing problems when trying to use Mobile data and voice on your Optus Mobile service. Optus are investigating and further updates will be posted as they become available. Resolution Update: We are pleased to advise that the outage impacting services in Cardwell (4849), Granadilla (4855) and Tully (4854) areas Queensland has been resolved. All services should now be back to normal.

Incident Information: There is a current Optus Mobile outage affecting Cardwell (4849), Granadilla (4855) and Tully (4854) areas Queensland due to Unplanned Equipment failure. Emergency Call Service (000): Calls to Emergency Services are impacted by this outage. Optus customers will only be able to call Emergency Services if they are within coverage of another mobile network or are able to call via WiFi. [Optus Ref: CS1946786]
